Kathryn

Welcome to my website! My name is Kathryn and I am a sophomore in college. I am currently pursuing a major in Secondary English Education and a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries Science, which makes for a very busy schedule. Writing has been a part of my life since I first learned to read and hasn't left yet. My dream job changed too many times to count (my mom will happily tell the story of me wanting to be an ambulance driver at four years old to anyone who asks), but the dream to be an author has never wavered.

Here you can find an assortment of my writing---everything from short stories to creative nonfiction essays. Short stories have a special place in my heart so you might notice they tend to dominate the page. I won't say I've got my style figure out, I certainly don't, but the goal is always to spread a little joy.
